Dwayne has served as the head pastor of Wellspring Church since 2007. He started the church in Charlotte, NC. as a Board Member for Acts 29 Network he is Director of Pastoral Care. Dwayne also has a heart for training the next generation Biblical counselors. He serves as a Board Director for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the creator of several online publications and is a contributing author to Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling: Transforming lives through God's unchanging truth (eds. Kelleman, Viars). Dwayne has three kids along and a wife Leslie.
